Finding the Right Grant Management

System for Your Foundation

Wednesday, February 25 | Noon–1:15 PM ET

Grant management systems (GMS) are a shared reality for all of us, ranging from spreadsheets and lightweight tools to more robust platforms like Salesforce. Across the PCP community, some members are early in their journey, others are well established, and some are actively considering a change.

One of the values PCP brings as a network is accelerating learning by helping members learn from one another’s real-world experience. In response to strong member interest that initially started with information sharing on slack around this topic, we’ve curated a lineup of PCP members representing different foundation sizes and GMS platforms to share why they landed where they did and what they’ve learned along the way.

The session will begin with brief, practical presentations, followed by breakout discussions, where you can choose a platform to explore in more depth with the presenter.

Session Format

Short presentations from each presenter (use case + why they chose their platform)

Breakout sessions by platform for deeper Q&A and peer learning
