How Leaders Lose Their Way:
A Conversation on Leadership Health with Peter Greer & Jill Heisey

Tuesday, April 28 | 12 PM–1 PM ET

60-minute live conversation

Across the PCP network, our members collectively engage with and assess thousands of organizational leaders each year, spanning work from the Great Commission to the Common Good. For many, evaluating leadership health is a central part of their due diligence work.

Some in our community operate with the conviction that “healthy leader, healthy organization.” Others see leadership health as necessary, but not sufficient. Either way, the question remains: What does wise, faithful leadership assessment actually look like in practice?

We’re pleased to welcome Peter Greer and Jill Heisey for a conversation grounded in their book, How Leaders Lose Their Way. Together, we’ll explore patterns that cause leaders to drift, warning signs funders should pay attention to, and how to think more clearly about leadership health in real-world contexts.

Our goal is to offer sharper insights and shared language for an area of funder work that often resists easy metrics, with practical takeaways participants can apply in their own leadership assessment.

Session Format

30-minute presentation and framing from Peter and Jill

30 minutes of moderated Q&A with the PCP community and possible break-out sessions for deeper member engagement.
