Member Stories

The impact of PCP is perhaps best understood through the experiences of the members who make up our community.

We invited members to share in their own words how PCP has influenced their work, from finding trusted peers who understand the unique challenges of philanthropy to gaining new ideas, growing in confidence, and developing relationships that extend well beyond a particular program or gathering.

Together, these reflections offer a glimpse into what it means to be part of a community where Christian grantmakers can learn from one another, ask honest questions, and encourage one another toward greater wisdom, humility, and excellence in their work.

We will be adding new member stories throughout the year, offering an ongoing glimpse into the many different ways members experience the value of the PCP community.

Kerri reflects on the imposter syndrome that can come with working in philanthropy and how finding a community of peers through PCP has helped her learn, ask questions, and grow in confidence as a grantmaker.
